Return Policy
All orders placed on the website must be returned within 14 days from the day the order is shipped. A "must return by" date will appear on an invoice in all packages. The returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If you received free shipping at the time of your purchase and you return merchandise we will deduct a shipping fee from your returned total. If you decide to exchange for the exact item just a different size we will not deduct a shipping fee and we will ship the item to you free of charge.
We recommend that you pay for a tracking number and insurance for your returned package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your order number, name and phone number are inside your return package and that it is returned by the date stated on the invoice.
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit or debit cards. If you have a Wishbliss Boutique gift certificate, please call us and place your order over the phone or visit us in the store.
Privacy and Security Promise
We will not sell or give any of your information to a third party. All information you provide us when placing an order online or over the phone is kept private and is secure.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. If there is a delay in shipping due to the holidays or a certain circumstance we will email you within 24 hours. You will be emailed a tracking number for all online placed orders who give us a valid email address. It is our policy that if our tracking number states the time and date you received the package we believe you have received it. If you are fearful that someone may steal your package, please write in the comment box when ordering “signature request.” We are not responsible for any packages that are stolen when tracking says it is delivered.
